VSI Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher

The VSI series impact crusher adopts the rock-on-rock design principle; the product quality is optimized through multi-stage crushing. The material entering into the crusher first enters the rotor and is accelerated to a speed of 45-70m/s by the rotor. The material thrown out by the rotor and the overflow and the materials flowing into the crushing cavity collide with each other to achieve the purpose of material shaping and sand making. By adjusting the overflow, rotor speed and rotor diameter, the throughput, aggregate shape or sand making gradation can be controlled to meet various technical specification requirements.

VSI·Performance Characteristics

1. Compared with the same type of vertical shaft crushers of other brands, VSI series has a compact structure and a lower overall height, which is especially suitable for some renovation projects with limited space; VSI series crushers have very little vibration during operation and can be directly installed on steel structure, thus the requirements for the equipment foundation are relatively low, and the installation, maintenance and daily maintenance of the equipment are very convenient and quick; the deep cavity rotor technology of the VSI crusher can maximize the service life of the wear parts, and the equipment start-up rate could be improved through shortening the replacement time of parts ;

2. The degree of automation is high, and the rotor can be replaced quickly by using the lifting device and the rotor rotating facility. The main shaft bearing can be lubricated and cooled through a reliable automatic lubrication system;
