Belt sway switch is to detect the deviation of running belt. When belt deviation occurs, It outputs an alarm or shutdown signal to prevent accidents caused, is an effective protection device.

Working principle

When the conveyor belt deviates, it will touch the switch vertical roller, whenever the roller deflects to the I-level action angle, the switch operates and outputs a alarm signal. If the deviation keeps, the switch will reach the II level action angle and send out a shutdown signal, thus can realize automatic shutdown if connected to the control circuit.

The pull cord switch has two-way action, with steel wire ropes installed on both sides. In case any accident of belt conveyor occurs at the operation site, pulling the ropes on both sides can achieve an emergency shutdown of the whole system, which can promptly and effectively avoid the expansion of the failure and keep personnel and equipment safe, ensure safe production.

Working principle:

The two-way pull cord switch adopts a rotary cam structure. No matter pull either side cord of the switch or both sides together, the cam can be driven to convert the switch action and send out shutdown or alarm signals at the same time. FKLT-Y type pull cord switch is equipped with a red warning flag. When the switch operates, the warning flag flips up (to facilitate the operator to observe which switch operates): After the fault is eliminated, press down the warning flag to resume normal operation.
