MH series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is designed for heavy-duty working conditions, with ultra-high stability, which greatly improves production capacity and crushing efficiency. MH·Performance Characteristics

1. The MH series cone crusher is equipped with an iron release hydraulic cylinder, which can allow the unbreakable materials to pass through the crushing chamber quickly, thereby shortening the downtime and reducing the damage to the crusher caused by the unbreakable materials;

2. The advanced liner fixing technology improves the reliability of the liner. The fixed cone liner engages with the spiral slope on the upper part of the fixed cone liner by the wedge to form a self-locking; the movable cone liner is locked by self-locking bolted;

3. The hydraulic motor drives the fixed cone to precisely adjust the ore discharge port, and the fixed cone can also be turned out of the adjusting ring thread to facilitate the replacement of the liner;

4. Only replacement of the movable cone liner, the fixed cone liner, the adapter ring and the wedge fastening bolts, realizes the random switching of the crushing chamber from the standard extra-coarse type to the short-head ultra-fine type;

5. All parts of the crusher are protected against wear to minimize maintenance costs.
