HFJ series impact crushers are widely used in coarse crushing and medium-fine crushing operations in ore processing. HFJ Performance Characteristics

1. The primary crushing rotor is increased, so that the primary crushing and secondary crushing rotors can be in common use, and the same blow bar can be installed;

2. Unique blow bar locking device, the blow bar is fixed on the rotor through a set of wedges, and the tightening torque is larger;

3. The contact surface between the blow bar and the rotor has been mechanically finished to eliminate the gap between the blow bar and the rotor, and the fixing is tighter;

4. The hydraulic device can be used to open the frame and adjust the discharge port at the same time;

5. Modular design of wearing parts reduces the types of wearing parts to the greatest extent, and can be exchanged according to the degree of wear of each part, reducing the inventory of wearing parts.
