XLD-800 Crawler mobile stacker

1. Applications

Crawler type mobile stacker is widely used for stacking operation in crushed stone, sand, ore stockyard or silo; sandstone mine crushing plant, finished stone stockpiling; construction waste, soil, coal, grain, etc. stockyard; loading and unloading operations at port, truck and railway stations; connecting various equipment in the production line to integrate complete handling system. As a common material handling equipment, crawler type mobile stacker is more suitable to the working conditions with lots of location changes, such as: ports, docks, stations, coal yards, warehouses, construction sites, sand and gravel yards, farms, etc.

2. Advantages:

(1) Optimized structure: the main beam adopts reinforced structure design, which provides higher bending resistance and reliability, also expands the conveying angle

(2) Strong material handling capacity: double treatment as wheel type stacker is not required, material handling capacity can be improved to 100-2500m³/h.

(3) High safety benefit and environmentally friendly: dust-proof and noise-reduction facilities can be configured to meet strict environmental protection requirements, less staff movement between sites provides higher safety benefit.

(4) Multiple designs and wide application: the stacker can be customized as per user’s requirement to meet different needs of stacking, loading, conveying and transshipment in docks, shipping, and stone factories.

(5) Large material particle size, low fuel consumption: the total power of stacker is 90KW, effective power is 44.5KW. If power supplied by external 380 volt AC, the stacking cost per cubic meter is 0.083 yuan (calculated by local electricity price 1.5 yuan/ kWh, subject to local actual rate). If use 97KW diesel generator set, the average fuel consumption is 28L per hour, then the stockpiling cost is 0.245 yuan/m³( diesel price 7 yuan/L, subject to local actual rate).Compared with traditional excavators, operating cost can be cut by 66%, moreover, the working capacity of a crawler mobile stacker is equivalent to that of 2-10 conventional excavators, this also reduce purchase cost by 50%. Crawler type stack also has lower fuel consumption per hour than that of wheel type. Particle size is less than 300mm (about 30cm or less).

(6) Space-saving and wide stacking range: the length of the crawler mobile conveyor is 15 -31 meters, the stock height is 14 meters, and the conical stacking capacity is as high as 3500 tons (2188 m³). Customized models are available.
