JXLD-1000 Crawler Type Mobile Unloading Stacker

I. Overview

Compared with wheel type stacker, crawler-type mobile stacker is more popular with mining, aggregates and coal enterprises, due to its outstanding site adaptability in harsh environments. This equipment has the advantages of reliable performance, large capacity, and high automation. The wide plate chain at the end of stacker allows direct feeding by dump trucks, without secondary transferring and stacking procedure, greatly reduces cost and increase efficiency.

2. Features and Advantages

(1) Stacker’s total power is 89.5KW, effective power 60KW. If power supplied by external 380 volt AC, the stacking cost per cubic meter is 0.09 yuan (calculated by local electricity price 1.5 yuan/ kWh, subject to local actual rate). If use 90KW diesel generator set, the average fuel consumption is 28L per hour, then the stockpiling cost is 0.196 yuan/m³( diesel price 7 yuan/L, subject to local actual rate). Compared with traditional excavators, operating cost can be reduced by 54% under the same operation, one crawler type mobile unloading stacker can bear the workload of 2-10 traditional excavators, thus reduce purchasing cost by 50%. The crawler type stacker has lower fuel consumption than wheel type. The handled material size is less than 300mm (about 30cm or less).
