Horizontal intensive mixer

The horizontal intensive mixer is a new type of mixing equipment developed by our company based on years of field experience. The mixer is driven by a motor through a hard-tooth surface reducer or a fluid coupling, and then a gear coupling to drive the mixing rotor to rotate at a certain speed. The mixing tools with special geometry and high wear resistance are fixed on the mixing rotor. When the mixing tools rotate, the materials are mixed in the container and can be discharged continuously. The materials advance and retreat in the container, forming a solid fluidization effect, so that the material achieves the ideal mixing effect.

The mixing equipment is widely used in steel, briquette, electric power, chemical and other industries, especially for the mixing process in front of briquetting machine.
