HS.XTS curved vibrating screen

HS.XTS series are multi-inclination vibrating screens. The elliptical motion of first screen surface makes material move forward quickly, the circular motion of second screen make the material moves at a medium speed, and the last screen move in reverse rotation elliptical motion to slow down the material speed, that improves overall screening efficiency. The screen surfaces provide variable elliptical motion to increase capacity without any precision lose.

HS.XTS Features

1. Large output, high performance. Compared with traditional inclined screens, HS.XTS series curved screens provide higher output, especially in the applications with high proportion of fine powder content in feeding material. Stratifying materials on the screen surface make the particles in close size stay on the screen for a longer time and be separated effectively, to achieve expected screening effect;

2. Modular design, more durable. Curved screen adopts non-welded side plates to bear long-term fatigue stress. Each shaft system is composed of modular vibration exciters, which are fixed on the side plate of vibrating screen by flanges and rotate synchronously through the cardan shaft. Each vibration exciter is equipped with a bearing to ensure a longer service life;

3. Wide applications. Curved vibrating screens can be used in quarries, gravel pits, mines and the whole crushing and screening line sites, also suitable for all screening sections to fulfill large-duty screening;

4. Easy maintenance. Big screen layers’ space make the screen plate replacement more convenient faster, that can shorten equipment downtime.
