INNOMOTICS MOTOR

As of March 2024, Siemens has transfered its business of large drive technology and low-voltage motor to Innomotics, Siemens (Shanghai) Electric Drive Equipment Co., Ltd.-SEDS was officially renamed Innomotics (Shanghai) Electric Drive Equipment Co., Ltd.-SIED in a grand unveiling ceremony.

As the wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens, Innomatics runs its independent global business in 50 countries, it has 16 factories and approximately 15,000 employees worldwide, annual revenue can reach 3 billion euros.

China is the main R&D and manufacturing base of Innomatics, with 5 affiliated companies (including 1 regional headquarters and 4 factories), 13 branches and 4 R&D centers, a total of 3,500 employees. Innomatics China regional headquarters was established in Shanghai in 2023.

Innomatics (Siemens) has great advantages in LV - HV motors, gear motors, MV inverters and electric spindles fields, will take its advantages to provide more customer-oriented and efficient solutions to the clients from construction, manufacturing, rail transit, new energy vehicles, wind power generation industries, etc.

Innomatics has launched the INNOMOTICS 1LE8005 IE5 LV motor for the first time to Chinese market, this is a targeted product for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality industry, up to top Energy Efficiency Grade as per GB18613-2020 standard.
