Introduction：

The full portal scraper reclaimer is usually used in combination with a Side cantilever stacker Our products have realized unmanned and intelligent operation of the complete machine, and adopt automatic lubrication and diagnosis, with minimal maintenance. Its technical characteristics and automation level are first-class.

Compared with the full-door scraper reclaimer, the semi-gantry scraper reclaimer has a larger storage capacity, and separate retaining walls can be set up to realize the separate storage of different materials. However, the cost of civil construction is higher, and it can be selected according to the actual situation.

Working Principle： 

With the reciprocation of the portal scraper reclaimer on rails, material is taken out and conveyed to guide trough by scraper reclaiming system, then discharged to the discharging belt conveyor for carrying away. The reclaiming boom falls to a certain height as per the preset command after taking each layer of material, and repeat this process until the material are taken out completely.
