Double-shaft mixer

Double-shaft mixer is to produce different shapes and sizes of loosing balls with a certain length of mixing shaft to stir raw materials which was added with certain water or liquid binder in "w" type mixing container from feeding inlet. The mixing space of the entire double-shaft mixer can be divided into three areas, namely atomization area, mixing area and unloading area, which could make materials quickly transferred to the next working procedure under the condition of fully moistened and loosened.

Scope of Application:

The double-shaft mixer uses two symmetrical spiral shafts to rotate synchronously which can humidify dry ash content materials evenly by adding water or binder at the same time when stirring during the transmission. It could reach the purpose of no dry dust and no leaking water drops which was convenient to transport these humidified ash content materials or shift into other transporting devices. The equipment is mainly used in the follow-up process of humidified loading or briquetting of coal powder or ash or equivalent materials in the thermal power plant and mining industries.
