Stacking Reclaiming Equipment
1. Applications
JXLQ-500 crawler type mobile double bucket wheel stacker is used for the bulk material stacking or reclaiming operation in mining, coal, cement, municipal waste treatment, coking, thermal power plants and metallurgical enterprises and other industries, with high efficiency and continuous operation. Through conveyor belts, trucks and other delivery equipment, bulk materials are transported into storage yard or other appointed place.
2. Advantages
Lots of technology are adopted, such as main components structural design, the transmission unit optimization of bucket wheel drive system, automatic control technology of bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer, on-site communication network technology, remote communication system, computer vision monitoring method, virtual prototype technology and virtual reality technology in the bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimer design, kinematics simulation technology of luffing device, modal analysis of bucket boom frame, greatly improve the equipment application stability and operation reliability.
(1) High energy efficiency: strong continuous reclaiming capacity, wide working surface, high efficiency, fast crawler travelling speed.
(2) Less labor required: 1~2 persons (even unmanned) can realize automatic mining.
(3) Low energy consumption:The total power of the stacker is 166KW, effective power 127KW. If power supplied by external 380 volt AC, the extraction cost per cubic meter is 0.381 yuan (calculated by local electricity price is 1.5 yuan/ kWh, subject to local actual rate). If use 200KW diesel generator set, the average fuel consumption is 50L/h, extraction cost is 0.7 yuan/m³(diesel price 7 yuan/L, subject to local actual rate). Compared with traditional excavators, operating cost can be reduced by 46% under the same operation, one crawler mobile double bucket wheel stacker can bear the workload of 2-10 traditional excavators, that can save purchasing cost by 50%.
(4) Low maintenance cost: Less wearing parts are used, such as excavating buckets, bucket teeth, idlers, etc.
(5) Environmentally friendly: Bucket wheel excavation, excavation boom conveying system and discharge boom conveying system all run at low speed, which cause small dust.
(6) High reliability: The whole equipment adopts 380V AC/diesel generator set as power source, motor and reducer are from reputable domestic brands, electrical control components, PLC, hydraulic system pumps and valves are of international brands.
(7) Forward-looking equipment: Intelligent equipment control can realize unmanned material collection, remote monitoring on-site work conditions, remote control of equipment operation, remote monitoring of equipment operation data, and equipment failure alarm, etc. The automatic lubrication system prolongs the service life of rotating parts, reduces equipment failure as much as possible.
